Doesnt Work

Tried it on for the Olympics on NBC and it couldnt recognize it. I tried 5 times at different angles and distances. When you go to the list of supported channels it says its their but doesnt allow you to select it. Instead it pops of a message saying "Thanks for the feedback", that doesnt even make sense.
